TOBIAS ALEXANDER RATKA

Tobias Alexander Ratka is a composer for Film and Television, based in Vienna. At only 19 years old, he was hired to compose the title music for the highly acclaimed documentary franchise „Universum“ by the Austrian National Broadcaster (ORF). Since then, he has built a reputation of being one of Austria’s up-and-coming composers and music producers.

Tobias has composed the music for countless television projects for international networks, such as National Geographic, ARTE, ZDF, NDR, and more. His most famous works are the original score for „Kommissar Rex“ (2026), one of Austria’s most successful TV franchises, and his involvement as a music producer & additional music composer for „Schwarzes Gold“ under Hans Zimmer & Aleksey Igudesman.
